Short Description

In December 2024, California Attorney General Bonta issued updated guidance to help staff understand how to navigate and limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement at specific locations. The AG Office created institution-specific guidance for the following entities: superior courts, health care facilities, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, public libraries, shelters, and other state and local agencies.
