Short Description

The Office of the California Attorney General published the Immigration-Enforcement Actions at California Schools: Guide for Students and Families that reviews students’ rights and provided a checklist for immigrant students and their families who are attending public schools with guidance and information on steps they can take to protect themselves and prepare for situations in which a parent or guardian is detained or deported.
