Oregon Governor Tina Kotek signed Executive Order 26-04 which established the Interagency Council for Immigrant and Refugee Coordination. The council is tasked with coordinating internal state agency efforts in response to increased federal immigration enforcement activity to align with the state’s sanctuary laws and strengthen support for immigrant and refugee communities.
