The Board of Supervisors passed Resolution 2026-10 (4-1): county employees may not consent to federal access to county-owned, leased, or operated property for civil immigration enforcement without a judicial warrant (excluding administrative warrants); employees shall not voluntarily assist or cooperate with civil immigration enforcement; no county property may be used as a staging area, processing location, or operations base; and the county must post signage and may use physical barriers to limit access.
