Short Description

The Oregon legislature passed a law that requires the OR Department of Justice to consult with the Office of Immigrant and Refugee Advancement when developing, reviewing, and updating policies that intent to limit immigration enforcement at public facilities. It also requires the OR DOJ to consult with organizations representing school board members and other public school professionals when crafting enforcement-related guidance for public schools.
