It restricts civil immigration enforcement at sensitive locations such as schools, churches, and hospitals; bars ICE from using city facilities and parking lots; designates legal safe spaces that federal agents may not enter without a warrant; and requires businesses to notify staff of immigration-agent visits and to post signage. It mirrors the Bernalillo County ordinance passed in November 2025.
