The Los Angeles City Council passed a motion instructing the Chief Legislative Analyst, in coordination with other city agencies, to report on citywide information sharing regarding immigration-related rights of LA residents. The Council directed city staff to investigate how to best utilize its facilities, including recreation centers, resource centers, and street furniture, to inform residents of their rights and how to best coordinate KYRs efforts across city and county departments.
