Short Description

In January, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed A6308, the Safe Communities Act. The legislation calls on the NJ Attorney General to create model immigration enforcement response policies for sensitive locations including health care facilities, schools, domestic violence shelters, funeral homes, emergency response sites, correctional facilities, courthouses, and more.
