The Toledo City Council passed a non-binding resolution encouraging federal immigration agents not to wear masks and to carry identification, one of several Ohio measures adopted after the killings of protesters Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis. Springfield, OH passed a similar resolution, and Sylvania, OH advanced an ordinance prohibiting city resources from being used for federal immigration enforcement.
