Short Description

The Washington County Board of Commissioners, which is part of the metropolitan Portland, OR area, declared a state of emergency in November 2025 to help those impacted by federal immigration raids. As a result, the county will direct $200,000 in contingent funds for “immigration-related services” for impacted residents.
