Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued a memorandum to public officials, public agencies, and private organizations to provide guidance and analysis concerning immigration law and related legal matters. It includes guidance for state and local officials and governments on how to respond to federal immigration enforcement activity, as well as for social service providers, businesses, houses of worship, healthcare facilities, and other sensitive locations.
