Short Description

The Attorney’s Office for Hennepin County, which includes Minneapolis, created the Transparency and Accountability Project in the wake of Operation Metro Surge. The purpose of TAP is to collect and assess evidence from the public of potentially unlawful behavior by federal agents. As part of this effort, the office created a new portal for residents to upload photos, video, and descriptions of incidents that may involve unlawful conduct by federal agents.
