Short Description

The Sacramento City Council adopted a resolution that directs the Sacramento city manager to adopt a citywide policy that prohibits the use of city facilities and city property for any civil immigration-related enforcement activity. The city manager must also develop a policy for recordkeeping and oversight on civil immigration-related incidents involving city property. The resolution also requires the city manager to develop a citywide policy to offer signage to private property owners seeking to restrict civil immigration enforcement on their property.
